Determine your worldview vision: Leadership by Arjo Klamer

“You need to have an understanding of the world you’re in.”

Knowing your goals is not enough, you need a worldview vision. You need to have an understanding of the world you are operating in. What is important to that world? Is it getting bigger? More digital? Are dancers still important in the future or will they become digital dancers? Or is your world getting smaller?

I’ve asked many young people about their dreams, their world. Their answer might surprise you, it surprised me. I found out they are all dreaming of a world without internet. No Facebook, no social media. All they wanted was a quiet social space.

So maybe their world will be getting smaller at some point. As their leader this is something you need to know.
